Data is reported every 10 minutes to our user-friendly bureau which can be accessed easily through a web browser.
The system comprises of an embedded wireless road sensor VIGIL'ICE offering an impressive 10-year battery life and solar powered receiver unit fixed to a nearby lamppost or similar. The GSM module provides communication through the cloud to the bureau.
The data provides users critical weather information to assist with decision making and forecasting. Depending on requirements data can include:
